Our fitness partner Jeannie is a licensed massage therapist and qualified fitness instructor, certified through NASM, ACE, and AFAA, who has devoted herself to fitness since 1997. She believes in evidence-based, functional movements that prepare the body for the physical stresses of everyday life. Jeannie is experienced in developing and modifying programs to accommodate varying fitness levels, injuries, and other limitations. She promotes both strength and conditioning in a variety of class settings, including boot camps, battle rope classes, private and group training sessions.
As a mother of two, Jeannie understands the difficulties of trying to balance home, family, work, and fitness. Her mission is to help clients discover how to incorporate healthy habits into their busy lives. She is passionate about motivating people to achieve their highest potential with an emphasis on overall wellness. Jeannie has developed a following by showing her clients the importance of mindful eating through proper nutrition, safe and effective exercises, and techniques for managing stress that will allow you to take charge of your health and well-being.
