I was on antibiotics for over 30 days due to a bad tooth infection, once I finished I started the 21-day detox as advised by my coaches Mercedes and Priscilla. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I knew I had to get the toxins out of my body and get healthy because dental surgery was scheduled for a week after I finished the 21-day detox.
I started the program to clean out my body of the bad infection but what actually happened was nothing short of amazing. Within the first 24 hours of starting, I could already sense a difference; I was motivated to continue because I just felt my mind was clearer. Struggling from menopausal hot flashes I noticed on days 3-4 they were becoming less frequent. Suddenly physical, internal changes were happening. I was making some of the most delicious salads and my coaches were with me every step of the way, sometimes hourly to keep me on track.
By days 5-7, I was in the groove and looked forward to my meals and shakes. By the second week, I began to notice the changes in my body, I didn’t see any real weight change on the scale but I felt less bloated and my fingers and feet weren’t swollen, rings now fit comfortably. The third week brought upon the biggest changes for me. My stomach was considerably less, my face slimmed down and my arms less swollen. Overall I lost about 3” from my stomach and about 6-7lbs of weight. My coaches really helped me with planning, introducing new plant-based foods to try and improve my overall health. This journey was never about weight loss it was about the toxins in my body. So you can imagine my complete surprise when I went for my dental surgery and having little to no inflammation after the surgery.
The first day was a little tough and my post-op instructions explained that days 3-4 would bring increased swelling, I didn’t get any of that. I took 4 Advil on day one and nothing for the rest of the time. By day 3 you couldn’t even tell I had dental surgery. The 21-day detox was nothing short of a miracle, it truly has changed my life. I’m now healthier, totally aware of what foods to eat and avoid, and feel inspired to work out, take care of myself and hold myself accountable to me and my coaches who have worked so hard to help me.
💕 I love them and cannot thank them enough for saving me from me. PS no more hormone replacement therapy, I am free from synthetic HRT and hot flashes are minimal and barely worth mentioning. ❤️
It's been an awesome journey on how to nourish my body, improve eating habits etc. I've tried so many diets on my own, including lipo procedures and none of it was ever successful. I gained more weight every time and had problems releasing all the toxic waste consumed.
I feel so much better & lighter as I progress. Looking forward to keeping up with the process and life changing experience. Thank you for your support and guidance. You gals are the best.
